On the day of the session do not shave the area, moisturize again.
Do not use any numbing creams without confirming with me.
Do not drink more than one cup of coffee, do not drink energy drinks.
What to take with you
Snacks, water, preferably with high level of carbs (sugar snacks, chips).
Book, tablet and headphones.
If you'll be laying down at the session for the extra comfort you can take you pillow or a blanket.
Pain Tolerance
Pain is a part of tattooing, do not underestimate it. You might think that you have a good pain tolerance, but tattoo pain is different than any other. If you're not sure how high is your pain tolerance it is better to start with a half day session.
